Welcome to Project Brahma

Hello Himanshuworlikar,

Thanks for registering on Project Brahma! This is a community initiative started by some Indian citizens based in India and the US aimed at getting more people involved in conservation of India's biodiversity legacy. By registering on this website and joining us, you have made this project even stronger!

Copyrighted image

Hi Himanshu, It was good to see you upload an image on this website. That is exactly what Project Brahma is about - increasing people participation. Please contact us at thebrahmaproject at gmail dot com if you want to get involved for the long term.

Also, it was unfortunate that the image that you uploaded was copyrighted. We do not want to cause any copyright violations on Project Brahma so we do not allow uploading of images. In case you want to embed an image into a page, in fact, you dont even have to upload. If the image is present on Wikimedia Commons, its as easy as typing [[File:<ImageName>.<ext>]]. For example, if the filename on Wikimedia Commons was Brahma.jpeg, i'd type [[File:Brahma.jpeg]] on the page on Project Brahma where I wanted to embed. And it would show up. For example, like this image:
